What it costs
Most standard cottages land between $395 and $495 — water shut off and drained, lines blown out, antifreeze in the traps and toilets, the place secured and wildlife-proofed, and a full photo report when we’re done. Larger or more complex properties — multiple systems, outbuildings, extensive waterfront — run higher. Dock removal and boat handling are quoted separately, because no two docks are the same.
