Straightforward pricing. No mystery.

Most cottage-care companies won’t tell you what they charge until you’re on the phone. We think you deserve to know up front. Every property is different, so these are starting prices — your exact quote comes from your free assessment. Hourly rates are per person, and for bigger or more defined jobs we’ll usually quote a flat price instead, so you know the number before we start.

Membership

The simplest way — a plan that watches over the place.

Most owners choose a membership: we keep eyes on your cottage and you have one number to call. Pick seasonal winter coverage or year-round care — billed monthly, with no lock-in.
